It wasn't long after I iced my first cake at the age of 16 to realize that baking was what I wanted to do. After graduating high school, I took the Culinary & Pastry Arts program at what is now called The International Culinary Center in NYC. I've worked my way in and out of different kitchens around the country and finally planted some roots in Pittsburgh, PA with my family. 7 years later and I couldn't be more grateful and blessed with the amount of love and continuous support from my clients.
